CRT totally re-structures and moves its main headquarters to new larger facility, updates computer based servers developing its own software applications for reservations and operation processes. It also expands service locations opening offices in Puntarenas and Guanacaste Provinces. |

As part of CRT Teams commitment to contribute to the betterment of the quality of life of the population in general and the protection of the fundamental rights of childhood and adolescence in particular, in February 2003 CRT signed the Code of Conduct for the protection of children and adolescents from commercial sexual exploitation in travel and tourism in Costa Rica. |
