The company is founded, by Tomas Pozuelo Marin and Tomas Pozuelo Arce as Tentaciones Tropicales S.A. with Government of Costa Rica Commercial Registry Nr.3101103851. |

Marcos Crespo becomes Vice President COO and partner acquiring 45% of the stock of the company. The company with 5 employees changes commercial name to Costa Rica Temptations S.A and according to Costa Rica Laws keeps the same registry number, Government of Costa Rica Commercial Registry Nr.3101103851 and Costa Rican Tourism Institute (I.C.T.) License with Government Contract of the Republic of Costa Rica Nr.233. |

Cristina Semeria and Marcos Crespo (Married) acquired 55% of the Company Stock from the founders Tomas Pozuelo Marin and Tomas Pozuelo Arce and became sole owners of the company.
CRT Organizes and delivers simultaneously in March 1993, first relevant meeting programs: Kellogg Latin America Convention and First Costa Rica Medical Association & Mount Sinai Medical Center Cardiology Conference.
In June, of the same year, CRT organizes and delivers, Charles Krug Fifth Annual Fishing Tournament for American Express Special Events and its Client; The Seagram Classic Wine Company.
October 1993 CRT Organizes and delivers the Foundation Ceremony of the new Melia Playa Conchal Beach and Golf Resort with the Presence of Dr. Rafael Angel Calderon Fournier President of Costa Rica and Colombia’s President Dr. Cesar Gaviria. |

The company begins developing new products, tours and services earning a solid reputation for delivering good value services, with accurate information, attitude, dedication, coordinated team work and innovation; setting the delivery standards when providing services. All of this factors combined yield steady growth on the company assets (transportation fleet, technology and own office infrastructure). |

Costa Rica’s Travel Industry reaches for the first time, record growth of 28 % . CRT’s growth in service diversity and sales average around 400% a year. With a work team of fourteen (14) staff members. The Freedom Forum Foundation chooses CRT as the Event Organizer, for the special visit to Costa Rica of their Board of Trustees. Among them Mr. Brian Mulroney Former Prime Minister of Canada and Dr. Allan Shepard Astronaut member Apollo XI, famous Moon Landing Mission. |

CRT opens first branch office in Conchal, Province of Guanacaste and is recognized as the leader and event organizer in Costa Rica, developing the first Incentive Travel Programs to Costa Rica and achieving great success when delivering these programs.
CRT has a fully structured Group Meetings and Incentive Travel Department becoming Costa Rica’s first DMC, launching its commercial brand name ¨CRT Destination Marketing & Management Services¨, developing the first event venues and incentive travel service standards, altogether with the leading hotels at that time. |

CRT creates and publishes Costa Rica’s t first Incentive Destination Manual with collateral pricing Information and is clearly defined as Costa Rica’s Destination Management Company, specializing in the design and delivery of events, activities, tours, staffing and transportation utilizing local knowledge, expertise and resources. |

CRT consolidates reputation as Costa Rica’s only DMC at that time. CRT buys land and creates infrastructure for CRT Central Pacific Base of Operations at Herradura Bay, Location of the New Los Sueños Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort. |

Marriott Hotels International contracts KPMG Peat Marwick to handle and evaluate, ten (10) Costa Rican companies offering and competing to became The Official Ground Services and Transportation Supplier for the new Los Sueños Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort. CRT is declared sole winner on December 01st, 1999 and is appointed as "The Official Ground Services and Transportation Supplier for Los Sueños Marriott Ocean and Golf Resort".
CRT holds contracts with Los Sueños Marriott Ocean & Golf Resort until present date.

Very relevant Years for CRT and the World Travel Industry due to 9/11 tragic events. At that time CRT was Delivering travel fulfillment to participants for Maritz clients GMAC and AC Delco. Largest Program and Trip delivery for Maritz in Costa Rica ever.
CRT opens Second Base of operations on Central Pacific Coast at Manuel Antonio Quepos, Province of Puntarenas. |

CRT Destination Marketing & Management Services delivers more incentive travel services to the Motivation Industry Clientele than the rest of the DMC Companies in Costa Rica together.
There is a reengineering within the company and headquarters is relocated to new larger facility. Featuring the set up of computer based servers developing its own software applications for reservations and operations processes. It also expands service locations opening offices in Puntarenas and Guanacaste Provinces.
