
Mrs. Kathya Calderon, Meetings and Incentives Department supervisor, is in charge of distributing the tasks and supervising response time and performance of the Group meetings & Incentives Travel Team.
Mrs. Calderon and her team members will provide you with all the information prior to the trip delivery such as pricing, quoting and follow up with your company, they will be involved throughout the delivery as a source of information for the Operations Supervisor on Site, coordinate all details and progress previously to the participants arrival.
Once the suggested program is approved by your company, all information will be handed to our Group meetings and Incentive Travel Operations Team to coordinate delivery of transfers, tours and activities and all services included on the program.
Mr. Hector Castillo will be involved throughout the delivery of the program and will take place in the Operation of the program all the way from the Arrival to the Departure of the participants, he will supervise the punctuality of the departures of tours, coordinate transportations and guides, he will be also the primary contact on site for Tour Directors and Hospitality Desk.
5.1 - CRT Members Training
CRT Destination Marketing and Management Services has developed a culture of constant training for all Team Members by capacitating them on regular bases and in many important aspects of their jobs, in order to provide the most professional and accurate services to our clients.
All CRT new personnel will start with a three months probation period in the company before been accepted as a Team Member.
Established CRT Team Members will receive courses and talks on yearly bases with well recognize Speakers from national and international institutions such as:
US Customs, Federation of Central American Chambers of Tourism. (Service Best), FUNDES (Foundation for the Sustainable Development), SITE (Society of Incentive & Travel Executives), Among other important institutions that work closely to CRT in our Team Members educational programs.
5.2 CRT Tour Guides Training
Specific courses are given twice at year for our Tour guides, considering not only information and security but also in guiding techniques and fist aids. Institutions such as:
INBioparque (National Biodiversity Institute), INA (National Professional Training Institute), OTS (Organization for Tropical Studies), etc, collaborate in the formation of our professional and certified Tour guides.
5.3 CRT Team Drivers Training

CRT Team Drivers are carefully selected and a driving and security test is required in order to become a CRT Team Member.
Our well-experienced drivers receive instruction from our in house mechanics and supervisors on the basics and driving of the type of vehicle assigned to them.
CRT also oversees the number of hours that our driver will put in their work to ensure that they will no exceed the maximum established and to guarantee the safety and security to our passengers.
Not only driving and security are important and taken into consideration but also dedication and service orientation are daily enforced to ensure outstanding quality standards. |
